Who is leading this dance? Are you weary from the battle, from uncertainty, from fear? Are you weary? The spirit of the Lord is speaking encouragement over you today. He is calling you lean into what He has shown you, what He has spoken to you. He is saying child, you do hear my voice.
There is a call from the Lord going out to walk boldly in the instructions that God has given you. The Spirit of the Lord is saying “My child these instructions are very individual. They are very specific. The uniqueness of each instruction comes together and is creating the most beautiful portrait of what I, the Lord God am doing in the world today.
Step away from the fear. Step away from the pride. Step away from the striving and the performance.
I am pulling you into my arms and want you to love me with a pure and deep devotion. In stillness and quietness is the place from where I want to wash away the weariness, the cloudiness and uncertainty of your identity and replace it with a restfulness and a clear picture of who I say that you are.
I see your tiredness. I see your questions. I see your hunger. I see your devotion. I see your love. Jesus is asking will you come away with me, let me dance with you – just you and me in sweet intimacy and unity. Exchanging your tiredness and uncertainty with confidence and faith. A divine exchange of the doubt for assuredness.
My child I am excited to show you to the world as my daughter and my bride. For you to share with all those you meet my tenderness, my love, and my care of them. For my power shall flow thru you as you allow me to lead you. As you allow me to give you your next steps.”
I see your hearts cry for those who are very close to you to come and know me. To follow me. Your yearning for them to be with you on this journey with me. I have heard your prayers and I am answering them. They also have a unique journey with me just like you do. Celebrate who they are as an individual and encourage them as they embrace their journey with me. This journey we are on is a beautiful dance and I desire to be the one leading. Will you trust me and let me lead? All your questions, all your yearnings, all your wonderings will be answered and you will find the peace you seek when you lay them down and take my hand and let me waltz with you. Let me have this dance.
My child – fear, uncertainty, doubt has had a hold far to long. I am calling you to a purifying fire that will cultivate a boldness and humility that is weariness resistant. It is time for fear to go. It is time for uncertainty to go. It is time for control and rebellion to go. It is time for doubt to go. And in its place an unwavering certainty that you are loved by the King of Kings and the creator of the Universe.”
Today is a day of choice, to go even deeper with Jesus and allow Him to be the one leading the dance. He knows where the road will go and what it will bring. Find a quiet place, turn off all the distractions, get into your secret place with Jesus. Ask Holy Spirit to show you anything that you need to lay down, what you need to let go of, what is blocking the filter for Him to flow thru you without you being weary. As He reveals things confess, repent, release, it and ask Him what He has to replace it. Worship Him. Praise Him. Don’t worry about the time just spend time with Him and let Him renew, refresh, and refill.
